ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
KlearKollection hair extensions, wigs and products are final sale. Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously and do not allow any items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.
KlearKollection is NOT responsible for wigs not fitting properly due to the selection of an incorrect cap size at your time of order. Please ensure you check the cap size for each wig.
Please ensure that you are ordering the correct item before checking out. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of original purchase date.
EXCHANGES
If the incorrect texture or length was shipped, please contact us within (3) calendar days upon receipt for a potential exchange. All pending exchanges must be inspected and approved by KlearKollection, before exchange is granted.
If you are exchanging your order, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Must provide tracking number and receipt. The shipping label amount will be either deducted from your exchange item cost or placed on an e-gift card.
Exchanges are ONLY for KlearKollection products that have NOT been worn, washed, untied, installed, and/or tampered with in anyway! Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Please note that issues concerning length, color variation, or simply deciding to not use the product are not valid reasons for an exchange. Item must indeed be defective.
KlearKollection is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number.

Once your order is placed, you have until 1 hour to cancel. Cancellations are a $20 inconvenience fee as we do strive to keep things running as smooth as possible.
Klear Kollection is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head.

SHIPPING / ORDER FUFILLMENT
All Ready to Ship Items will be dispatched within 2 business days. Please allow 14-30 business days for all preorders to be processed. Processing time is the time it takes for KK to prepare your order. Shipping time is the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you once we ship it.
A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged you will need to get in contact with UPS to file a claim. We are not responsible for custom fees for international shipments. At the moment we only ship within the United States and Canada.
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CARD FRAUD
By proceeding with my order, you are verifying that you are the authorized card user and am fully aware of this purchase.
We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud. When you make a purchase you are agreeing to be the authorized user for the card used during checkout. Offenders will be turned over to a collection agency.

By submitting your order, you also agree not to file a dispute or chargeback for your digital purchase.
