What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-3 days processing time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5-7 days.
Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at info@klearkollection.com. Be sure to review our Shipping policy.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
All sales are final and there are NO refunds. We take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously and do not allow hair extensions to be returned for the safety of all our customers. Once your order is placed, we can not issue any refunds or returns. If you received the incorrect length or style, you may be eligible for an exchange. Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before initiating an exchange.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of order, with no penalty! You must send us an email before the item is processed and shipped.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is incorrect, kindly notify us via email at info@klearkollection.com. We can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No exceptions will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How Many Bundles Do I Need For a Sew In?
The type of hair affects how many bundles you need to achieve your desired hairstyle. Straight hair is usually less dense than curly hair, so you’ll need more bundles for a fuller look.
A few things to factor are the size of your head (seriously), how full you would like your hair (deep wave styles generally have a lot of hair as an example), are you using a closure/frontal, and the overall type of hairstyle you are going for.
As a general rule of thumb, we suggest THREE bundles for lengths of 12" - 20" and starting FOUR bundles for lengths over 22". Anything from 26", we suggest FIVE bundles.
Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. To help with shedding each raw bundle is double wefted. However, to prevent any and all shedding we recommend that your stylist upon the installation, stitch and knot AROUND the weft and not through the weft of the tracks. This will definitely help prevent shedding. Remember, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised. It is also normal to get a few strands here and there when detangling your hair.
