Q: What is raw hair?
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed human hair from one donor. All cuticles are intact and aligned in one direction. Raw hair comes in 3 natural textures: Wavy, Straight, and Curly. Since raw hair is in its most natural state each bundle is unique which means no two bundles are exactly the same. The differences in bundles are not noticeable enough for the hair to not blend.
Q: How is raw hair different from virgin and synthetic mixed hair?Unlike Raw hair, virgin and mixed hair is steamed to achieve different hair textures. Most of the time virgin hair has been chemically processed to achieve a certain hair color and texture. This type of hair does not last as long as Raw human hair.
Q: I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Ready to Ship items ordered by 2pm EST, are eligible for same-day shipping! The average shipping times are 3-7 days.
There is no expiration date on our raw hair. You determine how long your hair will last by the way you care for your hair. Keep in mind that excessive heat and coloring will minimize the natural state of the hair.
Q: I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
All sales are final and there are NO refunds. If you received the incorrect length or style, you may be eligible for an exchange. Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before initiating an exchange.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
You will be charged $20 if your order has to be canceled. Cancelations must be sent in within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Q: I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
You will be responsible for additional shipping costs if you put the wrong address.

Q: How Many Bundles Do I Need For a Sew In?
The type of hair affects how many bundles you need to achieve your desired hairstyle. Straight hair is usually less dense than curly hair, so you’ll need more bundles for a fuller look. You will typically need 3-5 bundles for a full install.
Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience shedding. To help with shedding each raw bundle is double wefted. Remember, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised. It is also normal to get a few strands here and there when detangling your hair.

EXCHANGES
If the incorrect texture or length was shipped, please contact us within (2) calendar days upon receipt for a potential exchange. Exchanges are ONLY for KlearKollection products that have NOT been worn, washed, untied, installed, and/or tampered with in anyway! Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
All pending exchanges must be inspected and approved by KlearKollection, before exchange is granted.
SHIPPING / ORDER FUFILLMENT
All Ready to Ship Items will be dispatched within 2 business days. Please allow 14-30 business days for all preorders to be processed. Processing time is the time it takes for KK to prepare your order. Shipping time is the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you once we ship it.
A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged you will need to get in contact with UPS to file a claim. We are not responsible for custom fees for international shipments. At the moment we only ship within the United States and Canada.
