REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not permitted. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Klear Kollection is not responsible for any improperly fitted wigs. Before purchasing a unit, please be sure to properly measure your head.
EXCHANGES
If the incorrect texture or length was shipped, please contact us within (2) calendar days upon receipt for a potential exchange. Exchanges are ONLY for KlearKollection products that have NOT been worn, washed, installed, and/or tampered with in anyway! Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
All pending exchanges must be inspected and approved by KlearKollection, before exchange is granted.
SHIPPING / ORDER FUFILLMENT
All Ready to Ship Items will be dispatched within 3 business days. All Pre-Orders take 3-4 weeks to be processed. Processing time is the time it takes for KK to prepare your order. Shipping time is the time it takes for your order to be delivered to you once we ship it.
A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged you will need to get in contact with UPS to file a claim. We are not responsible for custom fees for international shipments. At the moment we only ship within the United States and Canada.
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CARD FRAUD
By proceeding with your order, you are verifying that you are the authorized card user and am fully aware of this purchase.
We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud. When you make a purchase you are agreeing to be the authorized user for the card used during checkout. Offenders will be turned over to a collection agency.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
By submitting your order, you also agree not to file a dispute or chargeback for your digital purchase.
