Shipping
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. You should receive your hair within 1-5 business days after you receive your tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. In the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged you will need to get in contact with UPS to file a claim. Our packages are insured by UPS and additional insurance is available to purchase at checkout.
We are not responsible for custom fees for international shipments.
Zero Tolerance for card fraud
We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud. When you make a purchase you are agreeing to be the authorized user for the card used during checkout. Offenders will be turned over to a collection agency.
Exchanges
If the incorrect texture or length was shipped, please contact us within (3) calendar days upon receipt for a potential exchange. All pending exchanges must be inspected and approved by KlearKollection, before exchange is granted.
If you are exchanging your order, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. Must provide tracking number and receipt. The shipping label amount will be either deducted from your exchange item cost or placed on an e-gift card.
Exchanges are ONLY for KlearKollection products that have NOT been worn, washed, untied, installed, and/or tampered with in anyway! Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
